Recently, I posted about leaving this site, and while I had "reasons" at the time for doing it, have since decided to go with my head rather than my gut.

No, I'm not quitting this platform. We humans are good at rationalizing what we feel with fallacious thinking, and this more often than not leads us to some pretty dark nogginspace.

So, I'll continue to upload and post on this site, keeping my profile and gallery right where they are, thank you very much!

I've decided to remain here as long as needed, and am currently tidying up my gallery, both in terms of images, but print settings as well.

I don't know about anyone else, but I'll be interacting more with the community, and as I believe that a rising tide raises all ships, to add to the value of those interactions, to help make this a better place for all.

iravu vanakkam. I'm sad to announce that following the next three weeks, I'm closing this account. It's been fun, and you all have been an inspiration since the days when I first created this page, profile, and gallery. But over the years, I've visited the site less, uploaded less frequently, and engaged less often than I should. It's time to move on to other things, other venues to post my works. I'm still mostly a fractals guy; the recent uploads of birds are for special projects with friends and family involving prints, and do not represent a trend away from fractals or hand drawing. I hope I see many of you elsewhere online, and I hope fortune favors whatever endeavors you engage in.
